Mr. Rheaume is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer. He has devoted his practice to Civil and Insurance litigation matters. His experience includes all aspects of Property Damage, with regard to Residential and Commercial properties and all aspects of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Trucking accidents for both Plaintiff & Defense. 

Mr. Rheaume has represented Homeowners, Business Owners and Condominium Associations against Insurance Companies involving multi-million dollar claims and has recovered several multi-million dollar awards for his clients. He has successfully litigated wrongful death actions and people who have been traumatically injured by the fault of another. Mr. Rheaume has represented his clients in both state and federal trial courts. 

Raised in South Florida, he received his undergraduate degree from St. Leo College and received his Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Rheaume received his Law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. He clerked for the United States Federal Judge Sidney M. Aronovitz and was selected to intern with the Florida Attorney General’s office in the civil litigation division.  A member of the Florida Bar since 1996, his memberships include: the Dade, Broward and Monroe County Bar Associations; American Bar Association; Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; Peter I Faye Inns of Court, the American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association. 

Mr. Rheaume is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  He has served on the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee and on the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee and the Animal Law Committee.  He is also licensed to practice law in Montana. 

 Mr. Rheaume served seven years of active duty in the United States Air Force and is a Commercial  / Instrument rated pilot.  He is also a Commercial rated helicopter pilot and has flight time in over 50 different aircraft and helicopters.  Mr. Rheaume has approximately 2000 skydives and has competed in National Skydive Competitions.  In 2021, Mr. Rheaume received his Aviation Law Diploma from Embry-Riddle Aeronauctical University in conjunction with the International Air Transportation Association. 

He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Civil Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.  His personal time is occupied with flying aerobatics and spending time with his dogs.
